The 60-day guarantee

If a Greenify product isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Opened tubs and bottles are eligible — we'd rather you actually try it.

How to request a refund

Email support@greenifyshop.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout, or call +1 (888) 833-4139. Our team will confirm your request and let you know whether a return shipment is required.

If a return is required, ship it to: Greenify Returns, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. Write your order number on the outside of the package so we can match it to your refund.

Processing times

Approved refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days and appear on your statement within one billing cycle, depending on your bank. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
